Marketing Specialist
Remote (Canada) · Full-timeWe're looking for a Marketing Specialist to help grow Violet Boutique's audience and voice — someone who can write and run campaigns for a category that needs more care and tact than most retail, without losing the warmth and confidence that make our brand feel trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Plan and write email and social campaigns across product launches, restocks, and seasonal promotions
- Own our brand voice — inclusive, sex-positive, never crude or judgmental
- Run and optimize paid social and search campaigns within a monthly budget
- Improve on-site content and SEO across category and product pages
- Track campaign performance and turn it into concrete next steps, not just reports
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally at an e-commerce or DTC brand
- Strong, clear writing — you can adapt tone across email, social, and product copy
- Comfortable and professional marketing products in the intimacy/wellness category
- Familiarity with Shopify, basic analytics tools, and paid social ad platforms
- Based in Canada, able to work independently on a remote team
